The work and service for the Lord is no place for a "timid soul" who lacks enthusiasm. In fact, courageous enthusiasm is essential for success in any kind of work. In early 1994 God began dealing with the heart of then pastor Billy J. O'Neal with an intense burden to help bring alive pastors and laity. Thus, Motivational Ministry Concepts was birthed.


In April of 2002 Motivational Ministry Concepts stretched its focus to include ministering around the world. Crusades, Revivals and organized Mission trips to various countries, helping to fulfill its vision for a world-wide ministry.
