Motivational Ministry Concepts was founded by Bishop Billy J. O'Neal, an ordained minister in the Church of God and serves as an International Evangelist, and Teacher. A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Billy J. was called to the ministry at a very early age. He has always had a gift of motivating people for bigger and better things in the work of the Lord! Billy J. received a BS degree from Lee University. He received the Master Service Training Diploma and has done post-graduate work. He was awarded a Doctor of Humane Letters in 1992 from the Institute of International Studies. O'Neal has served the church for forty years in leadership/administration and pastoring churches, and presently as evangelist/teacher. He has served on various General Church boards, raised over one million dollars for World Missions, directed major building program as well as speaker for Camp Meetings, Prayer Conferences and World Mission Crusades. He is known as 'motivator', 'producer', evangelist. In April of 2002 O'Neal established a world-wide ministry with emphasis on churches and countries who are eager for the Gospel to be brought to them. O'Neal has accepted the challenge to continue and expand this faith-based ministry. Billy J. is married to Brenda S. Morgan from Soddy, Tennessee, who is vitally involved in MMC as Office Administrator. The O'Neals have two children, Alisa O'Neal Bolton, who resides in Nashville, TN; B.J. O'Neal, who lives in West Palm Beach, Florida as well and four grandchildren, Taylor and McKenzie Bolton, & Carter & Carson O'Neal. The O'Neals reside in Thompsons Station (Nashville) Tennessee.
